Getting around as a wheelchair user can be frightening. How will I get to the shops, play with my kids, or just carry a cup of tea to the living room? Our wheelchair skills trainers understand the challenges of life with spinal cord injury and they get people back to living life to the full.

Cones are an essential part of their kit.

Manoeuvring backwards or one handed; getting in and out of tight spots; negotiating obstacles and turns: these are all skills which enable people to live their lives independently.
